The Champagne La Closerie Rosè Fac-Simile by Jérôme Prévost is a Rosè de Saignèe made from 100% Meunier grapes.

Meunier grapes are grown on sandy limestone soils in 2.2 hectares of family vineyard in Gueux, which lies at the foot of the Montagne de Reims. The aging takes place entirely in wood.
