Pintas Wine & Soul is a Portuguese wine, produced in the Douro area, obtained from very old vineyards where there are more than 30 indigenous varieties. It is vinified in concrete tanks and then aged for 20 months in barriques and oak barrels. An intense and structured wine, with aromas of ripe red fruit, cocoa and licorice. On the palate it is warm, full-bodied and with a well-defined tannic structure that requires a combination with fatty and very tasty dishes, based on red meats and game.
