Radikon's Merlot, produced only in a few vintages and in very few bottles, is an interpretation of the grape variety different from that of other areas of Italy and Europe; a long maceration precedes an aging in barrique for 5 years, with racking and punching down. A wine that manages to balance power and elegance, with a lively and decisive but perfectly integrated tannin that gives structure without weighing down the drink. An exuberant wine, which requires level pairings but which can also be drunk alone to grasp its thousand facets.
