Pian del Ciampolo is produced from 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo and 5% Colorino grapes, located on the Chianti hills.
After 25 days of alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks, it is subjected to malolactic fermentation, again in concrete tanks, and finally aged for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels and 3 months in the bottle.
