Marie Josephhine is a small masterpiece, a sweet raisin wine produced in Alto Adige by Josephus Mayr, in very small quantities.

It is a delicious blend of chardonnay and sauvignon, left to dry for a few weeks before vinification.

The Passito Marie Josephine Josephus Mayr on the nose is an explosion of perfumes, with fresh and varietal notes followed by spicy and honeyed hints. The sip remains incredibly fresh and sapid despite an important viscosity, as well as the residual sugar.

To drink with blue cheeses or dry pasta desserts, such as a shortcrust pastry with cream, black cherries and pistachio ice cream.
