Yoichi whiskey is a special edition produced by the Nikka distillery; it is a series of single malts bottled in 2018 that have been aged one more year in ex Sherry barrels. This gives a greater aromatic complexity and a softer and rounder sip, sweet hints of caramel and vanilla are perceived on the nose and are found on the palate, with a long peppery finish that perfectly balances the initial sweetness.
