The Sauvignon "Castel Ringberg" is a great Tyrolean white wine, it comes from the vineyard of the same name, rich in crushed stone and limestone that give the wine great finesse and elegance. The vinification starts in steel and partly in barriques with a greater olfactory complexity, where the typical floral and fruity aromas are flanked by delicate tones of almond and dried fruit. On the palate a great structure, accompanied by freshness and flavor, makes the sip convincing. An interesting wine, able to evolve over the years.
